Relevant Penguin LLC uses multiple carriers and multiple speeds of shipping. At checkout, options and costs will be displayed. These costs are calculated by carriers using product weight and dimensions. 

Orders totaling $50 (pre-tax) or more and shipping to the Lower 48 United States or Washington DC (pre-tax) will receive free shipping applied at checkout The speed of shipping provided will be chosen by Relevant Penguin. If you have a preference on delivery speed, please choose one of the premium shipping options at checkout.

Relevant Penguin and its fulfillment partners aim to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Delays due to weather or third party error will be investigated in pursuit of a resolution.

Once orders are shipped, Relevant Penguin will provide customers with tracking details.
